With over three decades immersed in the world of franchising, my career has spanned senior leadership, board-level, and sales roles, alongside first-hand experience as a successful franchisee. Throughout that journey, one unshakable mission has guided everything I do: to elevate strong brands into scalable, profitable franchise networks built to endure. This is franchising done properly — commercially, operationally, and sustainably.

While many describe themselves as a franchise consultant, I make an important distinction. I don’t sit on the sidelines offering theory or generic advice. I provide genuine, hands-on franchise support, working directly with founders and leadership teams to build, fix, and grow franchise businesses in the real world. My role as a franchise consultant is practical, embedded, and outcomes-focused.

My experience goes far beyond advice. I have lived the entire franchise lifecycle — from initial concept and franchising strategy, through launch, recruitment, operational restructuring, network expansion, and ultimately exit. I’ve worked at every level, from start-up environments to Managing Director of an international franchise group with over 200 stores across the UK. In one such role, I took charge during a period of immense commercial and operational challenge.

Through strategic recalibration, operational refinement, and an unwavering focus on franchisee success, we delivered a full business turnaround. What had been a £10 million annual loss was transformed into a £1 million profit in just 18 months. That experience shapes how I operate today as a franchise consultant — decisive, commercially grounded, and relentlessly focused on performance.
